2 lbs. large raw shrimp (leave on the heads and shells)
4 sticks of butter
Juice of 2 lemons (and keep the squeezed halves)
3 T. minced garlic
2 T. Cajun seasoning
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. You will need a large baking pan. Wash shrimp and drain them in a colander. Lay the shrimp out in the bottom of the pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add all ingredients except the black pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour this over all of the shrimp. Sprinkle generously with the pepper. Throw the lemon halves on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Put the pan on the table and start peeling and eating those shrimp. Have some fresh French bread on the side for dipping into the sauce. This will serve about 4-6 people. If you want to do 5 lbs of shrimp, just adjust your ingredients. Really easy.
