2 c unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c molasses (Grandma's is good)
1/3 c canola oil
3 large eggs
3 c whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c Splenda (white for baking)
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with canola spray. Mix Applesauce, molasses, oil, eggs + stir well. Add dry ingredients, stir well.
Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake @ 350 for 60 mins (test w/toothpick at 55 mins). Remove from oven, cool in pan on rack 20 mins. Invert cake onto plate. Serve warm or cold with dollop of lite whip cream!
