1 Lb. Ground Pork, Turkey or Hamburger
1/4 cup Chopped Onions
2 tsp. Chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1-1/2 T. Chili Powder
1 T. Corn Starch
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Chopped Green Chilies (small can)
14 Oz. can Yellow Hominy (drained)
14 Oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
1 C. Chicken Broth
2 Whole Chipotle Peppers (just peppers no sauce)

Brown ground meat with onion and garlic in stew pot. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Remove chipotle peppers before serving.
