1/4 C cream cheese, softened
1/4 C blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 C heavy cream
freshly ground black pepper
20 seedless grapes (red or green), washed and dried
1 C walnuts
2 T sugar
2 T parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses and cream in an a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Season with pepper.

Transfer to a bowl.
Add the grapes.
Transfer until coated.

Wipe out food processor.
Add walnuts, sugar and parsley.
Pulse until nuts are finely ground.
Transfer to a shallow dish.

Working with 1 grape at a time, place in nut mixture, toss to coat.
Rol each grape into a ball shape.
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate until chilled.

May be made up to 4 hours ahead of time. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Arrange on a platter and serve.
