Crust:

2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Lemon Filling:

2 cups granulated sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

For the crust: mix ingredients in the pan in which lemon bars will be baked (9x13 glass pan). Once mixed, pat down ingredients and make a slight edge on the sides. Bake crust for 13 minutes at 350º.

For the filling: beat together all ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350º.

Dust with powdered sugar while warm and enjoy!
