2 c. cooked shredded chicken
3 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese (divided)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (19oz) Las Palmas Green chili enchilada sauce
8 corn tortillas
3/4 c. sour cream
1 can (4.5oz) chopped green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine chicken, 2 cups cheese, green chiles and onion.
In a small skillet, bring enchilada sauce to boil, remove from heat. Dip each
tortilla into heated sauce to soften.
Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture and 2 T sour cream down center of each tortilla,
roll and place seam side down into 12x8 baking dish. Pour remaining heated
sauce over top, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20min at 350 degrees.
