1/2 cup corn flakes
salt, pepper to taste

Crush and mix together
There are a lot of variations: dry ranch dressing mix, rice krispies, ranch dipped hot wing doritos is good on chicken, various spices to suit the meat you are coating.
If using crushed Doritos©, coat chicken with ranch dressing for half an hour before coating with chips
