1 box Angel Food Cake mix
20 ounce can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine Angel Food Cake mix (just the contents of the box, don't follow directions on the box) with the can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. Don't use mixer, just stir it by hand. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness.

Pour into a 9X13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
