3 lb. head of cabbage or (3 16 oz. bags)
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
2 T. salt
2 T. celery seed
1 T. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a large bowl cabbage, green pepper and onion. Set aside.
In a pan combine vinegar, oil, salt, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture. Stir. Let cool. Stir again. Cover and store in refrigerators.

Makes a very large bowl.
