1 pound Spaghetti Pasta
5 cloves Garlic - chopped fine
1-2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to directions - al dente.
In separate pan, cook garlic in oil. Remove from heat just before garlic turns brown. Allow garlic and oil to cool for 5 minutes. Mix in red pepper flakes.

Drain spaghetti and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Return pasta and spaghetti water into pan; add garlic and oil mixture. Mix over low heat for 2 minutes.
It's a spicy!

This is the only thing my father ever cooked. Sometimes it was so spicy, I would eat it with tears in my eyes.
