4 sm. pkg. Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold milk
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Pour Jello into bowl; add water. Stir until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Pour 1 cup milk into shaker. Add pudding mix. Shake for about 1 minute. Pour pudding quickly into Jello. Stir with whisk until mixture is all the same color.

Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan, put pan in refrigerator to chill until firm, about 3 hours, take pan out of refrigerator. Put about 1 inch of warm water in sink. Dip just the bottom of pan into water for 15 seconds. Use different cookie cutters to cut out Jello. Lift out of pan with your fingers.
