Ingredients:  
Cook potatoes, cut in small pieces in salted water until almost done. Add 1-2 diced onions and cook until tender. Beat 1 egg, stir in flour until very thick. Knead and work into small pieces of flour. Season potatoes and onion with salt, pepper and butter. Add milk or cream. Add egg flour mixture a sprinkle at a time till you have it all in, cook slow for few minutes and serve.

I am not sure where this came from but your grandma LaVeta got this receipe from Aunt Kit (she raised your grandpa Milton after his mother passed away, she was his mother's sister) I love this, it's different and good. I think this may have came from the Pennsylvania Dutch side of the family but not sure.
