3 1/4 cups flour, divided
1 Tbsp. sugar
1tsp. salt
1 pkg Rapid Rise Yeast
1 cup hot water (125 to 130 degrees)
1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
8 oz. sliced cooked ham
4 oz. sliced provolone cheese
4 oz. sliced salami
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (2oz) jar Pimientos, drained
1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives, drained
1 egg white, beaten
Sesame seed
Creamy Italian or ranch dressing (opt)

Directions:

Set aside 1 cup flour.

In a large mixer bowl, mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Stir in hot water and margarine.

Mix in only enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough.
Allow mixer to knead dough an additional 4 minutes. (Or knead by hand)

On greased baking sheet, roll dough into 14x 10 inch rectangle.

Layer ham, salami, pepperoni over center of dough the length of the dough.
Top with cheese down center of loaf, top that with olives and pimientos.

Make cuts from one side of dough to center of loaf at one inch intervals.

Alternating sides, fold strips at an angle across filling.
Cover, place large shallow pan on counter, fill half full with boiling water and sit loaf pan on top and let dough raise 15 minutes.
Brush loaf with egg white, sprinkle with sesame seed.

Bake 400 º for 25 minutes or until done.

Put foil under pan to catch any drippings. I use a cookie sheet or a jelly roll pan to bake this in, still need foil at ends of jelly roll pan as this cooks it will drip over the ends of the pan.

This is one of Chris and Jeff's most favorite sandwiches.
