1 gal. vinegar
1 c. salt
1 (2oz-3oz) can black pepper
1-1/2 -2oz can crush red pepper
small can ground red pepper(1-1/4 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil above ingredients for 15 minutes.
20 lb turkey, smoke for 4-1/2 hours.
Place turkey in vinegar sauce and boil for about 15 minutes. Take out of sauce and cool. Debone.
