1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (3lbs)
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt and pepper, and rub over roast. Place roast, fat side up< on a rack in greased roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until cranberry sauce melts. Brush 1/4 of mixture over roast. Bake 30 minutes longer. Brus with another 1/4 of sauce and return pork to oven for 15 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160º-170º. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Warm remaining glaze and serve with roast. Verry pretty to put a little glaze on slices.
