Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz. Filet Mignon
Bacon
Teriyaki or Dale's Liquid seasoning
Jake's seasoning
McCormick seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap fillets in bacon.

Generously sprinkle teriyaki or second choice --Dale's liquid seasoning all over steaks 30 minutes before grilling meat.

Before meat goes on the hot grill - sprinkle both sides of meat generously with Jake's seasoning (www.jakessteakseasoning.com) Then, sprinkle light coat of Mccormick's steak seasoning over both sides of meat.

Grill meat over high heat 5 minutes a side and then repeat with lid closed. Add a chunk of hickory wood for the time when the lid is closed to smoke the meat a little.

You must buy a good quality digital instant meat thermometer like thermapen (www.thermoworks.com) or other brand and remove steaks when they hit 125 -130 degrees internal temp in center for medium rare. The steaks will continue to cook after you remove them from grill.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter with a little jake's seasoning and teaspoon or more of teriyaki sauce all whisked together. Brush a coating of this over steaks right before putting them on to the plates to serve them.
