1 5lb or larger Pork Roast
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup
1 can Cream of Celery or Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place Pork Roast in removable liner. Add envelope of Lipton Onion soup. Add cream of celery soup. Add VERY LITTLE water in the empty can of soup (less then 1/4) add to pork. Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 to 10 hours.

This will cook all day while I am working. I peel potatoes and cover them with water the night before. When I get home I just start the potatoes. I then make mashed potatoes and a vegetable. It takes little time. I am a busy lady you know!
