1 small onion, finely chopped
1 10oz pkg broccoli cooked and drained ( I use fresh)
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups wild rice ( I use uncle bens 5 min.)
1/2 clove of garlic
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, your favorite

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet melt butter. Saute onion and garlic, until tender....set aside to cool.

steam broccoli until crisp tender drain...let cool
cook wild rice according to pkg. let cool

when cool, reserve 1/2 c of the cheese and mix remaining ingredients together. Put into 8 in casserole dish( greased or sprayed )
Cover with foil and bake 20 min at 350. remove foil , sprinkle remaining cheese on top put back inot oven for 5-10 min until cheese melts
