1 Graham Cracker Crust
¾ cup Water, boiling
1 pkg Strawberry Jello
1 tsp Lime Peel, grated
¼ cup Lime Juice
1 ½ cup Whipping heavy Cream
¾ cup Confectioner Sugar
2 cups Strawberries, slightly crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, pour boiling water on jello; stir until gelatin is dissolved
2. Stir in lime peel and lime juice. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until very thick but not set.
3. Beat jello mixture with electric mixer on high speed about 4 minutes or until thick and fluffy. Set aside.
4. In chilled large bowl, beat cream and confectioner sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold whipped cream mixture and crushed strawberries into jell mixture. Pour into crust.
6. Refrigerate about 8 hours or until set.
