12 slices Canadian bacon
12 (1-ounce) slices Swiss cheese
12 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place Canadian bacon in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish, top with Swiss cheese. Break eggs into baking dish, spacing evenly, carefully pour whipping cream over eggs. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika. Bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
