Directions:
This is a layered salad:

Bottom Layer-
1 Cup Crushed Pretzel Sticks
½ Cup Sugar
1 Stick Melted Butter
Mix ingredients and press into the bottom of a glass 8x8 pan

Middle Layer-
1 (8 oz.) Package of Cream Cheese
½ Cup Sugar
1 (8oz.) Tub of Cool Whip
Cream the cream cheese and sugar together, then stir Cool Whip into the mixture, then spread over the pretzel bottom layer

Top Layer-
1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
In a pot, stir the pineapple and corn starch continuously until it boils, then let cool and pour on top of the middle layer (spread quickly so the weight of it doesn’t sink into the cool whip layer)

Refrigerate at least several hours before serving.
This is a great dish to make the night before!
I recommend making the top layer first to allow maximum time to cool.
