1-2 lbs. sirloin, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup butter,
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika,
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 lb. if not in boxes
2 cups beef bouillon
4 bay leaves
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups or 1 med. tub (16oz) sour cream
Can use more spices if you like, just taste as you go


Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak and onion in butter with salts, paprika and pepper. Add mushrooms and brown a few minutes then add bouillon, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce; simmer about 15 minutes or until beef is tender. Add sour cream stirring constantly till mixed. To thicken melt small amount of butter, add a little flour just to make a paste and add to stroganoff while you stir to make sure it stays smooth.
