1 cup or 1 whole onion, chopped
1 cup diced potato
2 tomatoes chopped or 1 can chopped tomatoes
1 green pepper chopped and sauted in water to soften
1 cup Clamato juice
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup canned clams and juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 small bay leaf, crushed
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients exceot clams together and simmer at least 15 minutes to cook potatoes, onions and celery and to mix flavors. Add clams and heat to taste.

Extremely low cholesterol, low fat and low calories.
Can be easily increased for a larger amount of soup.
