1 1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. finely chopped, peeled apple
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl mix oats, both flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir. Stir in apples and raisins. In large bowl, mix egg, honey, oil, and milk. Mix to form a smooth batter. Drop batter by rounded tsp onto ungreased tin, leaving 2" between. Dip fingers into water. Press dough down to about 1 1/2" diameter. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
