1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1 c. oats
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars and vanilla. Add egg. Add oil. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut, and nuts. Mix. Add flour, chocolate chips, and baking powder. Mix. Form into walnut size balls, flattening with fork. Ungreased tin at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Cool a few minutes before removing from tin.
