2 lb. cubed steak
1 tbsp. flour
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can of tomatoes
1 can chopped green chile
dash cumin powder
1 tbsp. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Add flour and brown steak in oil.
Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, chile and cumin.
Add water to desired consistency.

Simmer until tender for at least 1 hour.
