3 C. Milk
½ t. Salt
4 Eggs
1 T. Sugar
A Little Oil In The Batter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, sugar, 1 C. milk, and eggs. Stir until
smooth. Gradually stir in remaining milk until batter is
creamy. Coat bottom of a small hot skillet with a small
amount of butter or oil. Add just enough batter for a thin
pancake, tilting and rotating pan so batter will spread evenly.
Stir batter each time it is dipped into. Brown pancakes lightly
on each side. This is really easy to do – you just have to
work fast.
