Ingredients:  
5 lbs. potatoes
1 Tbl. garlic
3 Cube chicken bouillon & 3 cups water (can use 3 c. container chicken broth)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in 3 cups chicken bouillon. Drain and reserve broth. Combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, butter & garlic. Whip adding reserved
broth as needed. Salt and pepper to taste.
You can now put these aside and cook the next day.
Place in a crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours adding additional reserved broth if necessary.

This is a great recipe to use at holidays because you an cook the potatoes the day before and while the holiday meal is being prepared, you can have the potatoes in a crock pot on low.
