Redi graham cracker crust, large family serving if possible
1 pkg (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1.3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8oz.) container cool whip
Directions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream, vanilla and cool whip. Spoon into crust and chill. Top with any type of pie fruit filling.

This is one of the best quickie cheese cake receipes I have ever found and it is so easy and so good. Mike's mom Charlotte fixes this and I got the receipe from her. I make this a lot.
