3 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. fat
1 lb. hamburger
2 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 cup minute rice
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and green pepper in fat till tender, add beef and brown. Strain extra grease off if needed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish, cover and bake 350º F for 1 hour. Remove cover the last 15 minutes of cooking.

I add more chili powder and add garlic powder in this also. One of our favs on a cold night.
