1 large bag Oreos (1 1/4 lb bag) crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large pkgs instant vanilla pudding or 1 lg. pkg vanilla and 1 lg. pkg of French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 container Cool Whip (appx 2 cups)

Chop Oreos in food processor till it resembles potting soil. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar. Blend together vanilla puddings with milk, add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip.

Put a layer of the Oreos in the bottom of a serving dish, next layer will be some of the pudding mix. Alternate between the two with a layer of Oreos on top. Decorate with gummy worms and enjoy. put in fridge and serve when ready.

I do only one layer, oreos on bottom, pudding layer then top with remaining oreos. If you don't have a food processor can crush oreos in plastic zip loc bag with rolling pin.
