1 box brownie mix
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 can chocolate icing

Bake brownies as directed in a 9x13 inch cake pan. After this comes out of the oven let it set for 10 min. or so and then spread the marshmallow cream on top of the brownies. Cool well before spreading the chocolate frosting over the brownies and marshmallow cream.

This is how Grandma Stephens makes her Mississippi Mud and this is the best I have ever had. She buys the large box of family size brownie mix from Wal-Mart. It has several mixes in one box.
