2 cans clams
1 can tomato soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables (or frozen)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups cubed potatoes

Cook vegetables, add soup and clams last, heat very hot.

Once you add the soups and the clams I would do a low and slow heat up.
