1 lb. sausage
2 cans whole corn, undrained
2 cans black eyed peas, undrained
1 can chili tomatoes
15 oz can tomato sauce
Onion, chopped.

Fry sausage and onion, drain fat off. In a large sauce pot combine all ingredients and simmer for an hour.

I double the sausage and sometimes I use Rotel in place of chili tomatoes. It's still very good.
