1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel
Salt and freshly ground pepper

I mix this up and keep in the refrigerator. I take it out a few minutes before I mix my salad, shake it up and add 1-2 tablespoons depending on the size of my salad. It's a light, refreshing salad dressing.

Try this with arugula and organic mixed greens with fresh ripe pear, toasted cashews, and shaved Parmesan. DELICIOUS!!!
