2 1/4 cup quick oats
2 cups flour (can use spelt or whole wheat)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 flax seeds
1 cup cane sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp sea salt
2 cups dark chocolate chips or chunks
1 1/4 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients. (last 4 ingredients) Add together and mix gently until just combined. (don't over mix) Place on cookie sheets as small hockey pucks. (1/3 cup each) Gently flatten. Bake for 24 min or until lightly browned. Makes 24 cookies.
