2 1/2 oz spicy sausage (can deydrate ahead of time)
1 onion
1 (or 1/2 cup dried) green pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves (or 1/2 tsp powder) garlic
2 cans chicken- 283 g
(or 2 chicken breasts cooked and frozen if you eat meal on first day)
2 Tbsp (2 cups liquid) chicken broth
1/4 cup dried (2 stalks) celery
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
28oz can diced tomatoes (can dehydrate ahead of time)
1 cup uncooked basmati rice

Directions:
If you eat this meal the first day, you can cook the chicken and sausage ahead of time, freeze it and then it will stay well for the first night supper. Saute onion, pepper, garlic and meat together. Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer and cover until rice is cooked for about 20 min, Serves 4 people.
