1 egg, beaten
1 cup beer, any type
1 cup flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg in bowl, add beer, beat until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth. Allow batter to rest for 30 minutes before using.

Pat any meat dry that you plan on dipping. Dip meat and allow some of batter to run off, immediately put in deep fat fryer and fry until meat is done.
