Tupperware Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

9 cups flour, unsifted, make a well in a Fix-N-Mix tupperware bowl
Scald 11/2 cups milk and cool with 11/2 cup water then add
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
2 pkgs. yeast.
Pour liquid mixture in the well. Put seal on and wait until seal pops off, appx 15 minutes.
Melt 1/2 lb. of oleo (I use butter) and mix into dough.
Add more flour if needed and knead to proper dough consistency, but not to stiff. Put seal back on and wait until it pops off again. (about 45 minutes) Ross out and put butter, cinnamon and white sugar. Roll up and cut. Place in baking pans, let rise for appx. 20 minutes.

Bake at 375º until no longer dough like in center.

I use butter for everything except for the center of the rolls, I work with 1/2 half of dough at a time. I use margarine liberal amount then spread sugar and cinnamon on that. I cover dough with sugar and put plenty of cinnamon on the rolls that is what makes them so good. When I bake I pull them out as soon as they are baked and no longer dough in middle, sides may be just a little brown but don't over cook them. I usually have 12 rolls in a 9x13 inch pan and bake appx 20 minutes. I cool them until all are out of pan and then I do the icing and drizzle it on.
