1 large can whole tomatoes, chopped
1-7oz can green chilies, chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped
1-11/2 fresh yellow chilies, chopped (OPT)
2 tbsp. wine vinegar (OPT)
dash cumin to taste
cilantro, chopped, add to taste (OPT)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, chill at least one hour. Tastes better the longer it sits. Serve with tortilla chips or use to top tacos, burritos, beef or chicken dishes.

I use Petite diced tomatoes. I seldom use the vinegar in this dish, and on occasion I add the cilantro only when I have it on hand.
