1 lb bulk breakfast sausage, I use hot but whatever your preference
8 oz grated sharp cheddar
6-8 cups of Bisquick
Heavy Cream (or milk or half and half, but heavy cream is best)

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 425 degrees
spray baking sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment or silipat

fry and crumble sausage until all pink is gone, drain fat off
put bisquick in a large bowl, add sausage and toss.
Add cheese and toss some more.
put enough cream in until drop biscuit consistency (about 2-2 1/2 cups)
Do not over mix, it will toughen biscuits.

drop on baking sheet bake 15-20 minutes

I know it isn't exact, I never measure, it just works. This is a favorite at FRVH and SCBH stirrup cups. I usually provide baggies so the field can have a snack later.
