1 unbaked pie crust
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix dry ingredients and add melted margarine, buttermilk, eggs, and flavoring. Blend well with electric mixer on medium speed. Pour into pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden brown and pie is set.
