1/4 cup oil

Pre-mix in a ziploc bag:
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp powdered eggs

In separate bag:
powdered milk 1/3 cup dry

Directions:
Directions:
Make 1 cup of milk with the powdered milk and add in oil. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Pour into a 10-12" greased dutch oven. Bake at 400º F for 25 min. Great with honey! Serves 6 people.
