12 Tortillas
2 cans Chicken (283 g)
1/2 cup almonds (sliced)
1 lb cheddar cheese (grated)
3 cups water
2 cups Salsa (optional)

pre- mix: (place in ziploc together)
3 Tbsp chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp each chili powder, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, almonds and 1/2 of the cheese in a separate bowl. To make sauce, combine water and pre-mix. Boil 1 minute. add 1/3 of the sauce to the chicken mixture. In a 10-12" dutch oven, layer the tortillas, chicken mixture, and a little sauce. Repeat in layers. Top with remaining cheese and pour remaining sauce over top. Bake in dutch oven at 250º for 20min. Salsa is nice when serving if you can spare the room and weight!
