Ingredients:  
Combine the following ingredients in a Ziploc bag:
1 ½ c potato flakes
1/3 cup dry milk
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp minced onion
½ tsp salt
dash of pepper
½ cup bacon bits (real ones are best!)

Take along in separate bags/ containers:
1 Tbsp butter
1 oz of cheddar cheese

When ready to make: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add butter to water and stir in dry ingredients. Then stir in cheese (grated or in small chunks) Ready in two minutes. You can also make into patties and fry in a skillet.
