2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups undrained crushed pineapple
2 cups flour (sifted)
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in pineapple, sifted flour, and baking powder. Mix well and spread better in a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Mary Louise Horner was the youngest child of Walter Franklin Horner and Lella Belle Hurst. She was married to Edward Lee Minter, Jr. on June 3, 1946. Mary was born on August 21, 1923 and passed away, August 20, 1994.
