2 Cups of 2% Milk
1 Cup Sifted Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Eggs (well beaten)
Nonstick spray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Bring eggs to room temperature and beat eggs until well incorporated, stir into room temperature milk. Add liquids to dry ingredients slowly while wisking. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Ladle batter onto hot nonstick griddle or skillet greased with cooking spray into a thin layer. Flip and serve.
