The mimosa punch is easy and the thing that makes it is the boiled cinnamon sticks. What you do first is to make the mold which means you are going to need lemon leaves (from the florist), orange peelings made into roses, maraschino cherries, and either orange or pineapple orange juice. Fill the mold 1/2 full and let it freeze. Once frozen put the lemon leaves (2 at a time) in place and add the orange peeling roses on top of them and stick the cherries in the toothpicks that are holding the roses. Now add the remaining juice and let it refreeze. A day to 2 before mix 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar and about 2 cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. Let it cool completely and place in a jar or container and put into the refrigerator. To make the punch you will need orange juice, orange pineapple juice, bottle of club soda and some cheap throwing champagne.

Mix all of the juices, club soda, champagne and cinnamon mixture into punch bowl and add the mold. Enjoy! If for some reason you don't have the time, can't find lemon leaves, don't want to make the orange peeling roses or anything else just let me know and I will gladly do it for you and deliver it to you before the party. If you need a big punch bowl I have that as well.
