1 large raspberry jello
1 1/4 cup of boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapples
1 can of whole cranberries
3/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Topping
1 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 - 8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Stir in pineapples and cranberry sauce with their juices. Chill till lightly thick. Fold in walnuts. Pin in 9 x 9 X 2 pan. Chill until firm. Soften cream cheese. Stir in sour cream until smooth (use electric beaters). Spread over top of jello. Good made the day before.
