2 T. oil
1 - 2 lbs. pork, cubed
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1 bay leaf
3 c. butternut squash, cubed
2 apples, peeled and cubed
2 potatoes, cubed
2 c. carrots, diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, heat the oil and brown the pork for 5 minutes adding the onions and garlic during the last few minutes.

Place pork mixture into a crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients to the crock pot. Stir until mixed.

Cook on high until boiling, approximately 1 hour, then reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5 hours.

Serve over long grain and wild rice.
